Boundless Books is an AI-powered storytelling platform that creates personalized stories for families. The Service includes:
- Story generation and illustration
- Audio narration
- Family account and profile management
- Classroom features for educators
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.
4. Family Accounts and Child Profiles
Family accounts require a parent or guardian. Child profiles are managed by the account holder. We comply with COPPA for children under 13.
5. Content
Stories generated by Boundless Books are created for your personal use. You may not redistribute generated content commercially without permission.
6. AI-Generated Content
All stories and images are generated by AI systems. While we employ safety guardrails, AI-generated content may occasionally be unexpected. Parents maintain responsibility for reviewing content with their children.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Refunds are handled according to their respective policies.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
9. Limitation of Liability
Boundless Books is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
